Thanks to its modern technology in the field of steel heat treatments, it can perform treatments of normalization, quench and tempering ,stabilization, annealing and aging of materials.

Max load : 80 ton for normalization or annealing

Maximum working temperature : 1050°C (possibility of controlled cooling)

Dimensions : 12000 x 3200 x 2200 mm

Max load : 150 ton di normalizzazione o ricottura

Maximum working temperature : 1200°C

OUR ANALYSIS  LABORATORY IS EQUIPPED AS FOLLOW:

Charpy’s pendulum

Is able to perform impact test up to -50°C thanks to the equipped containers for liquid nitrogen

Tensile and compression machine test

Able to perform various accurate yield and tensile test thanks to the extensometer with power hydraulic machine of 200 kN

Digital Hardness tester and 3000 Kg

These tools are able to provide an extremely accurate hardness on very small samples (diam.25 mm) as well as on a semi-finished workpieces

Beach and portable quantometer;

These tools are able to perform the analisys of all chemical elements present in the sample (including sulfur and phosphorus)

Microscope able to perfom micrographs

Geiger counter order to check the non-radioactivity of the material.

The T.T.P. is certified for controlling ultrasonic penetrant and magnetic
